Returns
At Sussy Empire, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of beauty and hair products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Wigs that have been worn, cut, styled, or customized
Opened beauty or hair care products
Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Sussy Empire.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
